So just eat a normal healthy diet, fruit veg meat etc. The important thing is to try & maintain weight as much as possible and not loose too much. Guest guest
As Tim (UK) said a well balanced diet is recommended. I have problems with meals that are high in fat content. So I try to keep to a low fat diet. Other things you can do - Make note of foods that aren't well tolerated, and avoid them. Get tested for food alergies and plan meals around the results. Consider supplements (especially calcium & D) with your doctor. Poor calcium absorption and resulting low bone density is a side effect of PSC. Ask for a blood test to determine if the fat based vitamins (ADEK) are at adequate levels. Not everyone wants or needs all the testing that it is possible to do. I would start with the simple things and progress as symptoms appeared.
