..... should I lower to 3 mg. ALA from 6 mg.? Dividing doses in fours

is enough of a pain ... but if I need to go lower I will.

Maybe I am just making too much of this twitchy stuff ... my husband

thinks I am focusing on it and I may not be doing it any more than

before but I don't think that's it.
