Liver Awareness Month in October 2008, the American Liver Foundation (ALF) is

rolling out a nationwide education initiative to teach kids about how important

their liver is!

ALF’s new program, Love Your Liver, is

an interactive liver wellness education program targeted to elementary and high

school students. The program educates students about

the liver and the actions they can take to maximize their liver health and

prevent liver disease. It can be tailored to elementary
