keep it up? Or should it be ok now to stop iron? I started T3 yesterday (12.5mg

X2).

Try dropping to half the level you were supplementing at for a month

and then retest

Or is it just the iron/calcium factor? Would it be ok if I take all my doses

sublingually to avoid calcium interactions? As I seem to take a lot of calcium

supps throughout the day - my vit B5 has calcium in it (I take 500mg B5 twice a

day), I take 500mg calcium d-glucarate once a day for my estrogen dominance (not

sure how much calcium is in it!), and I take 200mg calcium a day in my multi and

I take 50mg a day of B6 which apparently has calcium in it, too!

Not a lot of difference as far as I can tell unless iron comes into it

so if you take it all sublingually that's fine. The Grossman even

tastes good
