Guest guest
Yesterday I went to my primary for a follow up for the massive congestion I have been dealing with. The good news is that after a month and 5 boxes of tissues full it has subsided. I did not say it left completely but is on its way out. I have a few days left on the antibiotics then we will see if it keeps on trucking out of me. Unfortunately now I have about 2 month's wait to see if there was permanent damage left behind. Most people go down an ramp of decline, all at a different pace but it is steady. Then there are those like me who do it in steps. We are the real unpredictable odd balls. A cold can take us down and we never quite recover completely. With the severe congestion in both my airway and lungs for so long, it will most likely result in my having taken the next step down. My doctor is hearing the bad sounds farther north in the lungs than before and this can't be good. Once again I am on wait and see what happens time.
