Here is a list which I have compiled - sorry it is so lengthy but hope

it helps. I am not sure about the accuracy because different sources

give different values. The info came from a few sources.

Also I have the most trouble with cinnamon,celery,cucumber,black

pepper,oatmeal,onions,citric acid,corn

meal,corn,bran-(all grains).

Fortunately I can eat red pepper with no problems so I dont need to cut out

pepper which I love.
