Guest guest
Here is a list which I have compiled - sorry it is so lengthy but hope it helps. I am not sure about the accuracy because different sources give different values. The info came from a few sources. Also I have the most trouble with cinnamon, celery, cucumber, black pepper, oatmeal, onions, citric acid, corn meal,corn,bran-(all grains). Fortunately I can eat red pepper with no problems so I dont need to cut out pepper which I love. ----- High Oxalate (more than 10 mg) AVOID COMPLETELY Little or No Oxalate (less than 2 mg/serving) Eat as desired Moderate Oxalate(2-10) mg (1/2 cup) servings a day Oxalate mg/100gm Apple Juice trace Barley Water, bottled 0.0 Beef, topside roast 0.0 Beef, Corned, canned 0.0 Broccoli, boiled trace Brussels Sprouts, boiled 0.0 Butter 0.0 Cantaloupe 0.0 Casaba 0.0 Cheese, Cheddar 0.0 Cherries, bing 0.0 Chicken, roast 0.0 Cider 0.0 Coca Cola trace Egg, boiled 0.0 Grapes, seedless 0.0 Hamburger, grilled 0.0 Honeydew 0.0 Jelly, with allowed fruit 0.0* Lamb, roast trace Lime Juice 0.0 Mangos 0.0 Margarine 0.0* Nectarines 0.0 Peas, fresh, frozen 0.0 Pepsi Cola trace Pineapple Juice 0.0 Plums, Green Gage 0.0 Potatoes, white boiled 0.0 Rice, boiled 0.0 Sherry, dry trace Watermelon 0.0* Wine, White 0.0 Haddock 0.2 Radishes 0.3 Orange Juice 0.5 Beer Draft 1.0 Cauliflower, boiled 1.0 Chicken Noodle Soup 1.0 Cucumber, Raw 1.0 Egg Noodle, Chow Mein 1.0 Lemon Juice 1.0 Macaroni, boiled 1.0 Oxtail Soup 1.0 Peas, canned 1.0 Pineapple, canned 1.0 Turnips, boiled 1.0 Cherries Sour 1.1* Plums Golden Gage 1.1 Milk 1.2 Peaches, Canned 1.2 Spaghetti, boiled 1.5 Wine, Rose 1.5 Ham 1.6 Pears, Bartlet, canned 1.7 Pork, roast 1.7 Avocado 2.0 Banana, raw 2.0 Cornflakes 2.0 Grapefruit Juice 2.0 Lemon Squash (lemonade) 2.0 Lucozade, bottle (soda) 2.0 Mushrooms 2.0 Oatmeal, Porridge 2.0 Peaches.
