Guest guest Posted September 8, 2007 Report Share Posted September 8, 2007 Is anyone having a problem with gas and or bloating. BLOATING...my stomach is relatively normal when I get up. As the day goes on my tummy gets so darn BIG from BLOAT! sheesh...I know we talked about looking like we are five months pregnant when we are not...what oh what should I AVOID! I want to eat my oatmeal but I am not this morning. I had four or five fresh cracked almonds, twelve red grapes (yes I count what I eat) LOL and a half a very SMALL avocado. So far so good. Now that is not making me feel full however. I have a yucky tasting caffeine free tea called GET RELIEF claims it helps with gas and bloat.
