Guest guest
I've been on CA state disability for a year now, working intermittently. This means that I still have some state disability left. Since I"m working part time, I'm earning too much to get SSI disability. I've also now applied for long term disability insurance (I already have the insurance), in anticipation that the state disability will be running out. I just got a letter from the State agency to see one of their doctors to verify that I qualify for disability. I've gotten a letter from one of my doctors verifying my illnesses. I'm also going to take my medical history letter/memo with me (3 pages listing my medical history, medications, doctors, emergency contacts, allergies, etc). I have a folder with some medical results, as well as another folder for disability related documents. Is there anything else I should have with me? -Marie MarieSee what people are saying about Windows Live. Check out featured posts. Check It Out! Guest guest
Congratulations! Joanne H (, Ca) Hi all, Just wanted to let you know that I met with the State Disability doctor ... . She said she was going to approve it. This was a huge relief for me. Not sure how much longer I can be on state disability, but that and my wages cover my expenses. -Marie ..
