TerriI was worried I had offended or angered you by my somewhat flip comment about falling. I agree it is not easy to "give up" and use a cane or motorized scooter or chair. That's the way I thought of it -- as "giving up". But it was so much easier when I finally started using a cane. Then when I eventually used an electric scooter at the grocery store it was a huge relief. I could shop without having to go to bed when I got home. Please don't think of it as "giving up" like I did in the beginning. Instead, accept the help so you can live a fuller, happier life. Do you use a cane now? Ouch, guess I asked for that one...Smile* I just got home from CVS it takes so long when I walk in there especially now these days.

Got my meds, milk, and just wondered the isles. Got some "tinted" face moisterizer, cereal, etc. Now, gonna get something to eat and also my protein shake for extra protein to off set my poor diet of vitamins and minerals:)and fiber too:)
