Stroke Rule is published in the Texas Register

We have received the acknowledgement from the Texas Register Division

that the Stroke rule (157.33) was published in the April 10, 2009 issue

of the Texas Register. The 30 day comment period began on April 11,

2009. To view the rule in the Texas Register, go to the Secretary of

State website at <http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml>>.

In the " Points of Interest " box, print the PDF version of the Texas

Register published rule.
