I spent so many years trying to diet that I can't stand the taste of sugar

in my tea - gotta have sweet-n-low. But on the other hand, can't stand the

taste of diet sodas at all - real or nothing for them!

DO wish I could get back to a natural sweetner of some kind in my tea,

which I drink all day every day, the fake stuff can't possibly be good for

me...

Stevia at the health food store - not sure about Truvia in grocery stores

I can't handle citrus - so I put apple cider vinegar in my tea with local honey - I get a two fer

help with tummy problems and help with allergies

The only sweeteners I ever use are honey and demarara sugar. Don't even buy white sugar...don't really like the taste.

I know a lot of people are using stevia and another one (can't think of the name). When I was younger I dieted all the time and used my share of saccharin. I use raw sugar or honey for cooking and baking. The only " white " sugar I use

- when something absolutely calls for it - is a " dried cane juice " kind from

Mexico, which is to regular white sugar what a fresh-picked rose is to a picture

in a book.

But alas, still not what I want in my tea!!!! ;-P
