Thank you TK for answering my questions.

I don't realy remember getting fillings for my teeth

to be honest. Only thing I remember is when I was a kid

that my dentist said I needed a filling and I wanted a

white filling for my teeth not the silver thing.

I will ask my dentist.

TK I don't really understand this redistribution thing.

Every time I take ALA, mercury is being ''pulled'' from

the tissues and hopefully being excreted.

We have to keep taking ALA every 3 hours to keep the ALA

level in the blood constant to minimize redistribution. What

about the last dose of ALA before resting. The last dose is

freeing up mercury and after this dose we rest. So this last

free mercury is not being excreted.(we aren't taking ALA any-

more every 3 hours, we are not taking ALA at all, we rest).

Would it not be smarter to take smaller and smaller dosages

of ALA before resting to minimize free mercury that is not

being excreten and therefore redistributed

By taking smaller dosages, less mercury is made loose and the

side effects of taking rests is minimized.

I am no chemist/doctor, but I thought that would be smarter than

just suddenly stopping ALA and resting. Of course it could be that

I really don't understand what redistribution/freeing mercury etc is.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

By the way TK I take:

-1000 mg vitamin C in 3 divided doses

-vitamin E 800 IU

-zinc 50 mg

-Calcium(1000mg /magnesium(500mg)/vitamin D

-cholin/inositol(for bile)

-Molybdenum 250-500mg

-Vitamin B 50 complex

-Pantothenic acid 500 mg

-DHEA 25-50 mg

I took selenium for quite some time in high dosages(150-300 mg), but

now I notice that I get a metallic taste/feeling in my mouth when I

take selenium. Does anyone know why that is?

I avoid food high in copper, because my adrenals are weak. I read weak

adrenals make less ceruloplasmin, which is needed to bound copper. I

really like almonds and cashews, but can't eat them because of the

high copper LOL.

I drink water with lots of salt. Potassium is bad for me!! Makes me

even more dehydrated! I tried licorice tea for a while. Man that is

realy strong stuff for the adrenals. Problem was I could not digest

the licorice and had to stop. Pregnenolone did help a bit.

Too much rambling from me sorry.

Greetings Ali

TK--- no, this only extends the redistribution time. you may feel

less side effects on stopping [i don't know and don't suggest it] but

more is getting redistributed long term - better to use a dose that

you can tollerate.

Pregnenolone did help a bit. TK - male keep dosage comensurate with

Thank your for your advice.

TK, a guy from the Netherlands, Ed,(www.newtreatments.org) writes that

by using Mr Cutler's

protocol he has cured his crohn's disease! He writes that the mercury

does bad things for the iodine in the intestines. Therefore the

intestines cannot make the enzymes to digest food.

This really interested me.

Also he wrote that he reacted badly to probiotics, MSM. I have the

same thing. Could it be that strong probiotics kill the yeast, but

because the mercury is still in the gut, there is no real benefit in

using probiotics?

On another side I read that mercury dumps sulfates. And sulfates are

essential for a strong and tight gut barrier. Maybe that's why fish

oil irritates my intestines. Could also explain my food allergies.

Thanks again for the answers and recommendations TK.

Wish everybody here good luck with the protocol.

ALA every 3 hours. Seems so easy, but is quite difficult. LOL.

intestines cannot make the enzymes to digest food.

This really interested me.

Also he wrote that he reacted badly to probiotics, MSM. I have the

same thing. Could it be that strong probiotics kill the yeast, but

because the mercury is still in the gut, there is no real benefit in

using probiotics?

LOL.

If the side effects of taking rests are too great then the dose used

is too high.

If the dose is tapered off then redistribution is spread out over time

and there would be more than if the round is stopped cold.

You don't have to take vitamin C in the ascorbic acid form. You can

take sodium ascorbate or you can neutralize ascorbic acid with baking

soda.

what form of magnesium and are you spreading the dose over the day?

Did you have a 25 OH vitamin D test and what was the result and units?

I think that it likely depends on what probiotics the person is

taking. Mercury toxic people often have an imbalance of gut flora and

need probiotics to try to get the balance back to normal. Try making

your own yogurt (I'll link to the recipe if you are interested).

Many people cannot tolerate MSM because it is sulfury. That's not

unusual. And it's not necessary to take it.

It's a little bit more complex than that.
