Before and after for the next few weeks try and take it

3 or 4 times a day between meals. 2 caps each time.

If you wake up in the middle of the night have some ready

to take.

take activated charcoal? Is it the night before and just prior to

Generally you take 5g of Acticated charcoal 15 min before the appointment

and again just after.

Expect dark coloured stools.

Don't use regularly it will absorb your supplements too!

It in itself is not a supplement.

Only use in times of ingesting poison (mercury) and when you kill lots of

Candida after antifungals.
