The hair levels of most minerals are not reliable when mineral

transport is deranged. Undetectable lithium is an exception and,

according to Hair Test Interpretation (and other sources), this is

an indicator for lithium supplementation.

Regardless of your hair test results, chromium and molybdenum are

on Andy's minimal list of supplements for chelation (p. 134 of

Amalgam Illness). It is because you have a lot of mercury in you

that you need to supplement these minerals.
