O/T, Andy - Amalgam Removal

Dear Andy,

I was wondering if you could please help me out. I have 3 more amalgam

fillings in my mouth and I am scheduled to have them removed on August. 2nd. Is

there anything I can do to prepare my body before, during and after the removal

of these fillings? Is there any specific procedure I should request from my

dentist during the removal of these fillings.
