Guest guest
Does anyone know if there is fish oil that is Mercury safe? I used to take fish oil years ago when I was first diagnosed with UC and I felt that it helped me, but then I stopped because I was worried about Mercury, especially since I was starting to have kids. Since I'm still hoping to maybe have one more, it's still an issue for me. Ruth > > Dear All; > > I've been boring everyone for some time now about the anti- > inflammatory effects of fish oils.
