This guy has been posting to liver transplant forums this week and

is likely an organ broker, so anyone thinking about responding to

him should exercise caution. The same poster wrote on Monday on a

Hep C forum that it was HIS transplant and that he'd ALREADY

obtained it in Colombia. Moreover, another poster noted that Mt.

Sinai in Toronto does NOT do liver transplants. Be careful.
