Guest guest
I am curious, after reading this and that about how to improve liver health, protect the liver, eat better to avoid cholangitis attacks, etc. Much is anecdotal vs scientific, so I was wondering what you all do that you feel makes a difference, or just makes you feel better by doing it? Anything you eat, drink, take? So far I am lowering my fat intake dramatically, and my cholesterol even more so. I am eating less red meat and more fish. (And I am not a fan of the fish lol) More veggies and fruit are harder, especially fruit. I love veggies though. I am upping my antioxidant rich foods, the darker the food the better. I have switched to soy milk, this is not an issue as I have always liked it almost as much as cow milk. I am a HUGE cheese fan, this is really difficult, but I have found one or two low/non fat ones I can deal with. That is all a no brainer, IMO everyone should eat healthier. I was wondering what you might add to the mix. Thanks, ee PSC newbie
