Hi , I actuually got very severe headaches when I went up to 1200mg on the 300mg Ursodiol capsuls. I switched to Urso Forte and am up to 2000mg with no headaches. I tell you though, those headaches were HORRIBLE! I had the same thing happen with Asacol for UC and had to switch to Pentasa. Everyone is different, I'm sure you will tolerate one of the formulations. Ya know, I've been on Urso Forte for about 3 months now, and I have been having

headaches a lot since I switched from Ursodiol. Mine are mostly tolerable, but

I guess I

have kind of a high pain threshold. I never really thought it could be a result

of the higher dosage.
