Guest guest
Another interesting piece of the puzzle is that when my rectum feels funny (either tight, a fist or burning) I can always tell if I press the tops of my legs where they connect to the vagina, the muscles or nerves there whatever I am pressing will also be painful. As well as one area of my vestibule. This all seems to happen at the same time. In the morning when I awake and have no pain in rectun if I press the muscles or nerves at the top of my legs, and the area at my vestibule there is no pain. Can someone please help me figure out what is happening, or what route I should proceed to find answers. thanks CGet a sneak peek of the all-new AOL.com. Guest guest
My Chiropractor showed me where the " trigger points " are and I massage them every day. They are at the top of my thighs in front and back. This has helped quite a bit. He recently totally cured another patient that had Vulvodynia. The tricky part is finding a good Chiropractor. My Lyme Dr. referred me to him. They talk to each other on the phone regarding my progress. I am blessed to have good doctors.
