Guest guest
Hi Liz, Good discovery. It is commonly believed that Hashimoto's Thyroid (autoimmune thyroid) is likely caused by gluten sensitivity. I believe that if the damage hasn't been too severe that one's thyroid will heal itself from this or so they say. It is like nerves, the longer the damage is happening the less likely they will heal. Good luck with this. The diet is hard and it is shocking to find out how much gluten is stuffed into all our food and medicines. Even enriched rice is sprayed with barley which is glutinous.
