I just wanted to say thanks for sharing. I've been living with UC most of my

life, including through college. That's not as difficult as PSC, but it's

still hard. Actually in some ways it's just as hard as PSC, but usually not

as life-threatening. Anyway, somehow we get through it and try to thrive.

I've also managed to travel a lot, including in 3rd world countries, and

survived (although I have gotten sick).

But I did have to learn the hard way to take my medicine religiously - I

survived a toxic megacolon, and after that I started taking the UC

seriously. Now I take medicine very seriously, including for PSC &

autoimmune hepatitis.
