Guest guest Posted June 13, 2012 Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 Homemade Sugar-Free Maybe Syrup a.. 1 cup boiling water b.. up to 2 cups sugar substitute (Stevia Granular, Splenda) c.. 2 tsp cornstarch or other thickener (add more if needed) d.. 1 tsp maple extract Bring 3/4 cups of water to boil. Add sugar. Stir remaining 1/4 cup water and thickener together in a small cup. Add to pot and boil, stirring constantly to avoid clumps. Remove from heat and add maple extract. Keep in a sealed container until needed. Store in fridge. Nutrition Facts (per serving: 2 Tbsp) a.. Calories: 3 (THAT'S RIGHT..3 CALORIES!!!) b.. Total Fat: 0g (BOOM!) c.. Cholesterol: 0mg d.. Sodium: 0.6mg e.. Carbs: 0.61g (There IS a god!) f.. Dietary Fiber: 0.01g g.. Sugars: 0g h..
