Maybe if you are hurting so bad, you should go to the er or your dr for some relief? In the meantime, hot bathes or showers, pain relieving rubs, spray or patches, ibuprofen or aleve if you can take it and maybe hubby could give you a gentle massage? I feel for you. I am fighting horrible mouth pain on top of the fibro. I can so understand.* *Why cant hubby help with the birds?
