Hi ,

I thought it was a very significant study, and that's why I posted it

last week. My only question about the study is whether or not the PSC

patients were taking ursodeoxycholic acid? In other words, was it the

PSC that was causing the " down-regulation " of FOXA2 observed, or was

this due to an effect of their medication(s), e.g. urso. I'll try to

find out for the authors.
