A question about exercise

I have been an exerciser for many years. I recently quit exercising b/

c I read it was hard on adrenals. My adrenals are fatigued so I

thought this was the best thing. Well, I have been feeling worse. I

think I know the reason for this but I would REALLY like to go back to

exercise so I can feel better. My sleeping habits have gotten a lot

worse and I have had to reduce my armour. I would love insight and

suggestions. I am a desperate woman! :)
