Don't understand the variability between one day and the next - sleeping

Probably to everyone's surprise, I have not changed my dose of

anything, HC, Armour, vits or supps for over a week.

I'm dosing 2 grains of Armour 4x/day, 1/2 grain at a time, the last

dose before bed.

I'm dosing HC 10mg/8AM, 10mg/11:30-noon, 7.5mg/3:30-4, 5mg/6:30-7 and

2.5mg of cream right before bed between 10:30 and 11:30 (I stay up a

little later on weekends to try to spend some time with my wife who

stays up later than me working every night). I take my 1.25ml of

prednisolone liquid at 7PM.

I take all of my B vits, 5000IU of vit D, and some powdered C during

the day, not in the evening or night, and I even keep my consumption

of coconut oil to earlier in the day because someone suggested that it

can be stimulating.

I take 1mg of Klonopin before bed.

Doing all of this I slept pretty well Thursday, Friday, and Sat.

nights waking up almost exactly at 3AM to go to the bathroom and

falling right back to sleep until 6AM, and then again until like 7:30

or 8 and not getting up until 9AM and having a hard time doing that.

On Sunday night all was the same except that I didn't sleep much after

6AM.

Last night, I woke up at 3AM like usual, fell back to sleep but woke

up again at 4 and then 5 with a slight case of the sweats and that

feeling in my stomach that means that I was lacking something - either

HC, blood sugar, or both. I got up and ate some cheese with 2.5mg of

HC and the stomach feeling went away, but I didn't sleep much more

except for a few minutes between 6 and 7AM when my alarm went off and

then had to drag myself out of bed.

I didn't do anything different yesterday than I have done for the past

several days, but I was dizzier and generally feeling like I was

running a cortisol deficit all day, I just don't know why.

I'm not even sure what to ask after writing all of this except does

anyone else experience similar - everything is more or less fine (as

fine as we can be) for a few days and then, for no apparent reason,

something changes and sleep goes to pot?
