Your ferritin of 56 is too low for good thyroid function. Val recommends 70-90.

(56 isn't HORRIBLE but could be better.) You may have read the iron supplement

recommendations already, but just in case not, here they are: 150-200 elemental

iron daily, many here have had good results with bluebonnet iron, here's a link:
