NR is a big predictor of success because if you do not successfully complete the NR exam...you don't work in the field 2. Of the medics in our organization, those that completed the NR exam on the first attempt are more likely to be successful in our pre-employment testing, shorter time as a 3rd, shorter time with an FTO, etc. Just some annectdote on a soon to be chilly night.
