Interesting. Even though this was a very small study group, it seems to follow what I've been through quite accurately. My initial biopsy in 2000 showed consistency with PSC. When I showed the slide to another hepatologist he noted either AIH or PSC. My initial & only ERCP was negative. My last biopsy showed both AIH & PSC. I initially had small-duct PSC.Marie
