Trying to determine the cause of my RT3. Currently I'm supplementing for HC, so

right now I don't have high or low cortisol and I'm not following any extreme

diet and I'm sneaking up on 50, so aging doesn't appear to apply.

My A1c is 5.5 (4.8-5.6)

Ferritin 99 (13-150)

Hemoglobin 13.9 (12.0-16.0)

In April B12 was over 2000 (I'd been taking myers cocktails). Otherwise, it was

running slightly over 1000.

The only thing I can see that might apply is stress. I have far less stress now

that I did 2 or 3 years ago and I didn't have an RT3 problem then that I knew of

then.

Could RT3 be from going so long without my sex hormones balanced?

Would even mild stress cause RT3 while treating adrenals?

Thanks
