T3 transitioning

I began T3 two weeks ago slowly increasing..now up to 32 mcg spread out over the

day..and feel ready to increase. I felt VERY hypo at first but have been taking

supplements and sea salt (based on great advice on this blog) that have been

tremendously helpful. I feel good, energetic and my temps have become stable and

slowly increasing. However, I have found that if I take t3 in the evening I

can't sleep even if I take melatonin and phophatidyl serine. That seems really

odd as many find that are taking t3 in the evening it has the opposite effect.

I'd appreciate any recommendations of what I should do to get past this.
