Governor Jindal vetoes organ transplant bill

I haven’t read the bill, but it seems to me that

requiring a Medicaid provider to follow the same exact federal guidelines that

Medicare providers do would be a very good thing. The only difference that I know (and

admit I’m not up to speed on Medicaid) is that Medicare gets Federal

funding and Medicaid gets funding from the state. I *guess* following the same guidelines would cost the state lots of

money, but like I said, I haven’t read the bill.
