Recommended ramp-up for T3?

I am having such severe joint pains that I am having to restrain myself

from jumping into the T3 dose too quickly. Knowing that I've got low

ferritin and having some heart palpitations is keeping me cautious.

This may seem like a silly question, but other than seeing if you

tolerate it and making sure you don't miss your optimum dose, is there

a good reason for ramping up slowly? Does it take some time for your

body to get accustomed to the T3?

Is there a recommended schedule for ramping up the dose of T3?
