My endo took me off all thyroid meds and wants to retest as I was

unable to tolerate any thyroid medication. I have been feeling

absolutely terrible, no energy, and mostly especially recurrence of

mental symptoms.

I am just at three weeks on no thyroid meds. I am thinking of

ordering an online lab test, ahead of schdule. My endo had hoped to

keep me off for four weeks, but I don't think I can go on any

longer.

In the meantime, I have been supplemeting with Isocort. Now on day

five. At least I seem to have some energy. But, the anxiety and old

feelings are back in force.

My question is has the adrenal support, even though it is at a low

dose and is in early days, alter my thyroid function? and if so,

will it lower my TSH?

I am concerned becasue if the TSH is lower, etc, then I may not be

able to be " fromally " treated. and the endo may say I did not need

to be treated in the first place.
