Guest guest
>>I finally got my temps stabilized and I am getting blood work done today. Before I do anything with my armour, I have noticed that by 10pm, I am exhausted! To the point I get a little dizzy sometimes. I sleep good throughout the night and wake up around 7:30 or 8 am feeling good. Is this because of my high cortisol levels during the day now and is this a good sign? << This sound to me liek your body si going in a more normal cortiosl rythm and IS a good sign. Cortisol is supposed to lower at night which allows you to feel tired asn sleep well. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Now I should be ready to up my armour a little more and see if I can get my FT3 and FT4 numbers higher. Thank you soooo much!
