That is awesome, !  Yes, take notes.  I filled out my paperwork for my new primary care doc over several days, hoping that way I wouldn't forget anything, and yeah, I still forgot stuff.  Same with my notes.  I even forgot to ask stuff that was on my notes!

one next Fri (8th) at 1pm.

Reckon I'd better sit down and start taking notes on all the stuff I'll
