Guest guest
I got a prescription for compazine, which is strictly for nausea and vomiting (to prevent it). When thinks get really bad, I stop acidic drinks and food, including coffee, and switch to tea. Tomatoes & citric fruits are also really acidic, and she may want to avoid it when the nausea is occuring. Also, an antacid such as pepcid may help. Whatever she takes, I would discuss it with the hepatologist. -Marie >Is anyone having trouble with recurrent nausea and vomiting? Is this >connected to when the bile is backing up? Guest guest
It seems difficult to find out what things are related to PSC and what are not. Tell me about it. That is a big part of the problems I have with PSC. Whenever I don't feel good in some way or another I get the creeps. Fortunately reading on this forum helps to find out what is " typical " and what is not for PSC patients.
