Tim,

Thats positive news!. Iam dealing with bone loss in my hips (somewhat

painful) and would like to show your post and Vons post regarding

higher Vit D dosage to my GI/HEP. Iam dealing with the VA so there

are no guarantees, but I can try.

Are you being perscribed the Vit D in a liquid form?.

No, my prescription is for 50,000 IU vitamin D capsules. They are a

bright blue, about 12 mm long (1/2 inch). An easy one to swallow. This

latest increase was based on some very low blood levels (7 and 8 when

30 is considered adequate) so you may need testing done before you can

get prescription strength vitamin D.
