Guest guest
, A good friend of mine had her doctor do the same thing. Her migranes consisted of stroke like symptoms-very scary. The propranolol helped, but she couldn't handle the side effects. What she has found that helps her is when she first notices the symptoms, she sits down and does deep breathing exercises to help her relax. Her theory is when the symptoms started before, she would panic and it would make her heart rate increase which made it worse. Anyway, just thought I'd throw that in there. :-) Cherie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
