I think your 3.5 day chelation to maximize is a good idea. Half days

didn't even occur to me. And when you added up the 75 days off for

every 100 on that really sunk in.

I've been thinking... How about chelating 1 week 3 days on 4 days off

& then the next week 4 days on 3 days off? That balances out every 2

weeks & would be easier sleep wise (by 1 day) for me for the 2 week

period. Does this sound ok to do?

It sounds like a reasonable thing to try. As you say, this will

give you equal days on and off over a two week period so probably

fine.
