new ferritin/iron panel

I fought my ass off to get a hold of these labs! It feel like the "medical world" stands in our way of better health!

I curently take 65 mg elmental iron (ferrous sulfate) 3x a day.

ferritin 158 (10-232ng/ml)

iron, total 101 (40-175mcg/dl)

iron binding cap 325 (250-450 mcg/dl)

% saturation 31 (15-50%)

Should I stay at this dose or maybe go down to 65 mg 2x day?

Thank you to all the people who give their time and wisdom to others they don't even know! I feel more support here than from the dr's I have known for years and see on such a regular basis.
