Yes.

Yes. These are redistribution symptoms. As long as they are

manageable that's ok. If they are too much the dose you are using is

too high.

I plan to do this maybe 5 more

Yes.

Once you find a dose that is comfortable you can stay at that dose for

several months. It is much better to keep at a dose that is

comfortable enough that you will keep at it than to increase too fast

and have to stop for a period of time.
