K/Ca outside of .03-.35 or Na/K outside of ..5-10 suggest a thyroid problem. Symptoms and blood tests give more reliable information. You can't conclude anything about adrenal problems from this pattern. The hair test does not always show problems when they exist. If symptoms suggest adrenal problems, I suggest getting a saliva test (you can get at a relatively good price through www.canaryclub.org). The Na/Mg ratio might tell you something.
