Hi, We are on healthy kids and did not qualify for cms 12. Does this mean that the Medicaid portion of healthy kids should cover aba now? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,MargaretSent from my iPad

True, appeals will determine the final outcome, but it is good that a judge actually understood the issue and ruled in favor of ABA. While we in the autism world may all be aware that ABA is a real treatment, many times the legal system rules the wrong way. Let's hope the appeals courts have the same intelligence that this judge had.
