Often headaches can be minimized my increasing the supplements vitamin

C and magnesium. Mercury poisoned people need fairly large quantities

of these two supplements.

Please note that using smaller doses at the end of rounds is not

recommended and is not part of protocol because it will extend the

period of redistribution.

Also note that ALA is not soluble in water, so it is extremely

difficult if not impossible to get consistent doses by trying to

suspend it in water.

People often complain of a metallic taste, often associated with

amalgam, not necessarily just with chelation.
