Guest guest
Thanks for sharing Jayne. Isn't there new legislation that makes it illegal for insurance companies to use the pre-existing conditions excuse for kids under the age of 18? Health Insurance for pre-existing Hey Listmates: I was so excited to notice an almost 50% decrease in the premium rates for health insurance for pre-existing coverage. This is available for those that have a pre-existing that would make them uninsurable and have been without coverage for 6 months. We can cover our kids under our plans now and or Kid Care, but after 19 unless they qualify for Medicaid or somehow get group coverage (can stay on parents plan to 26) there wasn't much available. This plan is a major medical with no medical limit. The rates shown are for a $2000. deductible for hospital. It also is great for us parents that have pre-existing. I am in the process of getting coverage for a client with breast cancer and another one with a brain tumor. I don't usually bring my work to the list, but I thought this was too important to not share. E me privately.
