Guest guest
Ok, I've been feeling REALLY good since starting Florinef. But the past few days, I feel like I've been hit by a truck. I just can't wake up for the life of me. Temps are stable, so I don't think it's low cortisol. Plus when I have a cortisol crash, I feel malaise, not just tired. I suppose electrolytes could be off due to the Florinef; am testing those early next week. But I HAD reduced my t3 per Val due to tad low ferritin, down to 43.75. Do you think it's time to raise t3 and that's what causing this extreme feeling of being tired? I also think that sometimes supporting the adrenals (like I'm doing with the Florinef) can reveal your true hypo state. I raised to 50 which helped a bit, but only for a couple days. Now I'm even more tired. So I'm inclined to bump the t3, but not sure by how much. Don't want to overdo it, but I feel like I'm going to fall asleep over here. Also having a bad period, so the sex hormones could be figuring in. Last labs showed ft3 only at 370 something. That was on the 43.75 t3.
