thanks. when i dropped it last week, i felt puffy and very very cold.

today is my first day going from 100 mcg of t4 to 50 and ialready feel better.

i was able to excercise.

NO. Usually people feel nothign but better with droppign T4 as it si not

doign ANYTHING but blocking the T3 form working. T3 is the active hormone.

Raising T3 till the RT3 is totally gone. You literally need ot optimize

your thyroid on T3.
