These are my temps since I rolled back that 1/4 grain increase of

Armour inclusive of today:

98.12

98.03

98.08

97.90

97.82

98.10

98.03

For some reason they dropped some over the weekend when I slept more

but now, during the week, when I have to get up and get moving, and

sleeping badly the last two nights they're a little higher and in

moving in a tighter range. My temps seem to hold a much tighter

pattern when I get up at the same time and take them, at exactly the

same time in between meds which works better when I'm at work because

I'm in my office with all of my stuff right in front of me and I can

keep on working while taking my temps. Things get off a little

without that same structure on days off.

Ever since I learned that you can't take the standing BP with the arm

dangling, my systolic drops a bit when I stand instead of rising. I

just took them and sitting in my office chair as usual and it was like

124/77 and then I stood up, held my arm up and balance the monitor on

a piece of furniture that was roughly the same height and it dropped

to 112/80. Then I took one lying down and got 90/59 and sitting back

in chair was 109/68 and lying in bed 104/60 and sitting up in bed at

129/83 so I don't even know if I'm doing this right anymore.

My adrenals and back in general were hurting me today from first thing

this morning after not sleeping much last night. I don't know what to

make of it all other than still being low cortisol despite being at

40mg including the 1-1.25ml of pred. I've been at 2 grains for over

two weeks now, except for my little mistake last week and I need to go

up but I don't think that I can here. Do I need more HC? Should I go

up to 42.5 or 45?
